For each of your freight quotes, you can setup who has access to it.
This can be used, for example, if you want to create special prices for some of your Clients.

By default, the quote is visible by all potential buyers on AsiaCalculator.com - once you set this field, only the selected buyers will access it.

Important : obviously, for a Buyer to be present in your selection list, he needs to be registered on AsiaCalculator.com, and you both need to be connected, prior to you creating the freight quote. You may invite your existing clients to connect with you, from your AsiaCalculator.com account.

Tip : you may for example create 2 different quotes, for the same route, with a "public" price accessible to anyone, and a private, discounted price for your existing clients.
