1. From your Account, click "Post Freight Quotes":
2. You will then be asked for the freight mode, origin and destination of your quotation. The input grid differs, from Sea to Air, to Sea & Air quotation.
TIP : you can select several origins and / or destinations for a freight quote. For example, if your freight prices for Hong Kong - London and Shenzhen - London are the same, no need to create 2 quotes on AsiaCalculator : create only one, and select as origin both "Hong Kong" and "Shenzhen".
Fill in the cells : all cells must have a value (which can be set to "0" should you consider that the field does not apply to your quotation). If you want to quote for certain types of conatiner only (for sea freight), just untick the corresponding columns.
3. By default, your Freight quote will be visible to all buyers using AsiaCalculator and searching for the mode & route of your quotation. However, you can also decide to set a quote as "private", should you want to display a special rate only to one / some of your clients. This setting is accessible on the top right of the quotation grid.
4. Save your quote : ATTENTION - as soon as you save it (and provided you have enough credits in your account), the quote will be visible to Buyers; make sure it is accurate ! You can also duplicate a quote (for example, if you have 2 very similar freight quotes, create the first one, then duplicate it to map all the cost details into the second one, that you can amend afterwards).
